Terms & Conditions for Half-day Summer Camp

Drop-off & Pick-up Times

RCC Camp Sessions are held in 5-week sessions, Mon. - Fri. from 8 am-12 pm or 1 pm-5 pm. Pickup times are as follows:

Morning Session(s): 12:00 pm - 12:15 pm
Afternoon Session(s): 5:00 pm - 5:15 pm

Parents should bring their students to our University Branch Center or Ballantyne Branch Center.. This camp is not offered online.

Because we coordinate several programs simultaneously, we ask for prompt pick-ups and drop-offs in order to ensure that we use our students and teachers time in the most efficient manner possible.

Payments & Cancellation

After we confirm your registration with you, we will begin issuing invoices by email within 2 weeks of the camp start date. A 50% non-refundable down payment is due by two weeks prior to the Camp start date .

Payments may be submitted online by bank transfer (ACH) or by check made payable to Ramana Coaching Center. If you wish to pay by credit card online, you may request that we enable that option in your email invoice with the understanding that a 3.0% credit card processing fee will be applied to your invoice amount.

We cannot refund payments once they are submitted. For example, if you submit your initial 50% deposit and decide to withdraw your student's enrollment after the third day of camp, then we will not refund your initial deposit. At the same time, you will not owe the remainder.

Lunch

Each day of camp, students will get a 30-minute lunch break and are expected to bring their own lunch. You may also provide your students with funds to dine at one of the restaurants below our Center. To prevent allergic reactions, we strongly discourage sharing food.

Health Conditions

We ask that students take any necessary medications before or after camp in the presence of a parent/guardian. If your student must carry medications, such as an epi pen or inhaler, please note that in the Welcome email documents that we will send before camp begins.

Behavior

Our primary focus is to engage our campers in an academic experience that will help them stay "ahead of the curve" in their regular academic studies. Thus, we have a Zero Tolerance Policy on any form of misbehavior, including bullying, unconstructive criticism and disrespect of other students, teachers and/or staff.

If we determine that a student's behavior is negatively impacting our camp experience, we reserve the right to discontinue that student's enrollment without a refund, whether in whole or in part. Before we take this action, we will make sure that we have first discussed any concerns with the parent/guardian in order to give the student an opportunity to correct his/her behavior.

Termination of Agreement

RCC reserves the right to revise and/or terminate any section if not all of the terms to this agreement at any time without cause and agrees to provide notices of any revisions and/or notice of cancellations to all participating parents within appropriate notice timeframe determined by RCC staff and administration.

a. Parents reserve the right to discontinue services received for their child/children by RCC at any time without notice.

Payments

Just note all payments are non-refundable.

Third Party Authorization

Upon registration Parent(s)/Guardian(s) must provide authorization for any 3rd parties allowed to pick up their children by providing all applicable information pertinent to the 3rd party such the name, address and contact number and relationship to the child. Parent(s)/Guardian(s) must also immediately provide any updated information if the nature of the authorization has changed with any limitations and/or restrictions.

***Please Note*** for safety and security reasons NO unauthorized parties will be allowed to pick up children from the premises for any reason and any suspicious behavior and/or violation will be reported to the authorities.
