Become an Online Branch Manager

Job Description:

At Ramana Coaching Center, our mission is to deliver superior online instructor-led education to all our students, ensuring they become independent and life-long learners. To accomplish this, we carefully plan the coaching and integrate modern technology into the lesson plan to provide the highest quality.

We are a tutoring center that specializes in SAT Prep and dedicated to aiding students with all their online-tutoring needs, and to that end we are looking to expand our online services into new locations.

We are looking to expand online in the following areas:

  • Triangle, NC Area (Raleigh, Durham)
  • Greensboro, NC
  • Winston-Salem, NC
  • Alpharetta, GA
  • Greenville, SC
  • San Antonio, TX
  • Houston, TX
  • Jacksonville, FL
  • Orlando, FL
  • Jersey City, NJ

Job Duties:

  • Answering phones
  • Assist with on-boarding new students
  • Assist in planning & execution of new Ramana Coaching Center Programs
  • Assist in hiring of support staff: admin/marketing assistants, teachers, teacher assistants, etc.
  • Assist in training of support staff: admin/marketing assistants, teachers, teacher assistants, etc.
  • Schedule classes via Outlook
  • Effectively screen phone calls

Knowledge in the following would be a plus:

  • Proficient in graphic design creation/ordering of promotional materials
  • Knowledge of marketing programs such as Postcard Mania, Google Ad Words, etc.
  • Content editing for necessary website changes
  • Prior tutor center experience

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 1 Weekend Day from 07:30am - 06:00pm
  • 4 Week days from 12:00pm - 08:00pm
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be highly reliable

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or higher degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
