Experience: Ramana is a Software Architect by profession. He also has serious passion for Teaching Mathematics and making students successful. He has been teaching SAT and High School Mathematics for over 12 years. He likes to motivate students and help them perform at their very best.



Name: Deborah Hoodiman

Qualification:  M.S. Adolescent Edu, English  

                       B.A. English

Experience: Debbie graduated cum laude from University of Florida with a B.A. in English.  She taught at Santa Fe Community College before moving to NYC in 1999.  In New York, Debbie worked for a non-profit for awhile before returning to her passion, teaching.  She was accepted into the highly selective NYC Teaching Fellows and earned her M.S. in Adolescent Education, English.  After teaching high school ELA for five years, Debbie decided to return to teaching college freshmen and taught in the CUNY Start program.  She now lives in North Carolina and loves teaching online.

Why do I like teaching?

I love to see a student "get it" and no longer need my assistance with a certain skill. I love pointing out to students when their hard work is paying off and they have improved.  I believe we can all achieve so much more than we know and teaching helps students see that.


Name: Bestos Fongoh

Teaching Subjects: Mathematics

Qualification:  Masters


I currently hold a Master degree in Math Education.  My teaching expereince range from Middle school to the University including South Carolina State University, ECPI University, HopeWell HS, Orangeburg 5 Technology and Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, where I currently teach Pre-Calculus and Calculus. I also have extensive tutoring experience.

Why do I like teaching?

Math doesn't come through easily to most people, I just enjoy helping people to enjoy math.


Name: Darlene Lindsey

Teaching Subjects: Mathematics (Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry) 

Qualification:  B.S. in Mathematics and M.A in Mathematics Education.


I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Elizabeth City State University and received my Master of Arts degree in Mathematics Education fromWestern Governors University.  I have been teaching mathmatics for the past 17 years.  My experience range from middle school mathematics to the community college level.

Why do I like teaching?

I enjoy working with young people and helping them accomplish their educational goals.
