ADMIN & MARKETING ASSISTANT (PART TIME)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ramana Coaching Center (RCC) is looking for a committed, reliable and enthusiastic person, highly organized and able to multitask with ease and help identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth of the company. A potential candidate for this position should also have a strong background in office software (e.g. Microsoft word, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Microsoft teams).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting promotional strategy, developing, creating and maintaining sales proposals and collateral, press releases, brochures and many other materials related to marketing and media advertisements.
  • Respond to inquiries about our programs and respond to problems regarding schedules via phone or email.
  • Support the content marketing team in developing content marketing strategy.
  • Assist with on-boarding new students, schedule classes via outlook, help desk assistant.
  • Executing a wide variety of details that involve such answering phone calls, direct mail, attending school events, handle queries from parent's teacher and students.
